THE FIRST STEP

Unknown to them the band Pzzyfoot was my first real client. I approached the lead singer Jamera Simmons during Punk Black, a local punk show based in Atlanta. I was there  as a vender to sell posters and stickers I made.  I was all nerves but some how convinced her to let me design the cover for there upcoming EP. We talked a few days after the show and i started comping up ideas. This job help me realize theres a difference between artist and designer.

The band decided to go with one of my original designs. It was an acrylic paint that i sent over as direction of what Was planning to comp up. I learned a lot of big lessons doing this project and i appreciate the opportunity so much. years later seeing this band progress has been one of my favorite experiences.
